At present, Dr. Hoda assumes the mantle of Research Assistant Professor at New York University Abu Dhabi. Breaking barriers, she stands as the inaugural Emirati specialist appointed as Director of the Center of Cyber Security at New York University Abu Dhabi. Prior to this role, she led the research and development frontier in cybersecurity and cryptography across national initiatives in the UAE, making significant contributions to both local and international security initiatives.
Armed with a Ph.D. in Cryptanalysis from Denmark Technical University, Dr. Hoda Alkhzaimi boasts specialized expertise spanning cryptography, code decryption, software and hardware configuration, and the development of robust security systems tailored to diverse industrial landscapes. Her research horizons include aerospace, security solutions for drones, development and exploration of encryption principles and protocols, examination of cryptographic analysis methodologies, and applications of encryption fundamentals in cybersecurity systems such as the Internet of Things and big data analytics.
