Reem Al Mosabbeh is a dynamic Emirati entrepreneur currently serving as the Head of Community Engagement & Membership at Women in AI. She is the co-founder of Unipreneur Inc. and the founder of Retech and Esaal. Additionally, she holds memberships in the Dubai Youth Council and the Al Ghurair Foundation.
Following her university graduation, Reem began her career journey as the Technical Expert & Workshop Manager at WorldSkills International. She later transitioned to the Technology Development & Transfer Department at Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) before joining the Al-Futtaim Group in 2022 as an Energy Engineer. Throughout her professional trajectory, Reem actively participated in prestigious events such as GITEX. In less than two years, she orchestrated over 30 youth-oriented events and delivered lectures aimed at bridging the gap between academic studies and the job market.
Reem holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the United Arab Emirates University. During her academic tenure, she had a remarkable opportunity to participate in a student exchange program with the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. In this role, she was appointed as an ambassador for higher education and underwent extensive training in sustainability, entrepreneurship, and diplomatic affairs.
